We grow a wide variety of produce available at farmers markets, local markets, featured on restaurant menus, and in a CSA (details coming soon). Julie loves growing veggies you love as well as new varieties you've never seen before!
Starting each spring you'll see our ranger chickens outside free ranging in the meadow. Compared to the standard Cornish cross the rangers yield more dark meat and have a very rich flavorful fat. This is a more rustic looking bird than what you get from the grocery store and so delicious that you'll never go back!
Julie's favorite part of the farm! A joy for us to raise and a treat for your dinner table. Available in 2023 fresh for July 4th, Canadian Thanksgiving (Oct 9), and American Thanksgiving (Nov 23). Frozen turkeys will also be available in the fall and for Christmas.
Marc's favorite part of the farm! We offer a variety of oyster mushrooms cultivated indoors. In the spring we also offer wine caps from our outdoor wood chip mushroom bed!
Our treats are made with hearts and livers from our chickens. No added fillers or grains -- just delicious chicken that your pets will be sure to love!
When there is a surplus of produce Julie will create canned goods to preserve the harvest. Have you tried our broccoli relish yet?!
Marc's family owns a farm in Moultrie, Georgia. Currently it's leased for cotton and peanut production but we'd like to add a citrus orchard. As of now there are just a few citrus trees on the property but we've got big dreams!
